Warranty

Our Forever Warranty is offered with most of our gear and will cover your products as long as you are the original purchaser and the warranty reason does not fall under the "Not covered under warranty" section of the list below. The warranty covers any issue that renders the holster inoperable or unsafe. In the event you need to use the warranty you will send the holster or broken part back to Alien Gear Holsters and we will repair or replace it. You will pay to ship us the broken item and we will pay to ship the replacement to you. If your product was stolen and specifically mentioned in a police report, we will cover it under warranty. If you lost your holster in a natural disaster such as fire or flood, as long as it is mentioned specifically on an insurance claim, we will warranty replace it. 

How to initiate a warranty replacement:

- Please send in ONLY the item that needs replaced (ie. Holster Base, Clips, Mag Carrier Base, Bucket, etc).

- If we need to replace the Holster Base for you, we need to know what firearm it is for and hand orientation.

- Please include the original order number and full name, email, phone number and address order was placed with.

• • Foam Wedge for Roswell Holsters 
  • Cosmetic imperfections
    • Fraying Thread (can be burned off with a lighter)
    • Wear marks on the base (this is natural)
    • Dirty (not including rusted hardware which is covered)
    • Odor (Cleaning your holster)
    • Products that have been discontinued (These will likely result in a warranty upgrade. Some fees may apply)
    • Screws falling out (blue medium retention Loc-Tite or clear nail polish will keep this from happening)
    • Whoops I lost my holster
