customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy outlined below:
30-Day Test Drive Period:
All of our holsters come with a 30-day test drive period. If you decide to return or exchange your holster,
please ensure that this is done within the initial 30 days after receiving your order. After the 30-day period, your holster remains covered by our Warranty.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
Please note that Alien Gear Holsters is not responsible for return shipping and all associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
Reasons for Covered/Refunded Shipping & Handling:
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Order:
If we have sent a wrong or incomplete order, we will cover the shipping costs for the correct or missing
product or part(s). A prepaid shipping label may be provided in this case.
2. Exchange Situations:
In most exchange situations, customers are responsible for shipping the product being exchanged to us. We, in turn, will cover the shipping costs for the new product using our economy shipping service. If you prefer an expedited option, please let us know, and we can collect payment for your chosen expedited shipping method.
Reasons for Non-Covered/Refunded Shipping & Handling:
Due to the diverse range of accessory options and pistol variants, we cannot guarantee fitment. If your holster is affected by factors such as red dot, optics, lights, lasers, rail-mounted accessories, aftermarket controls, slides, grips, frames, sights, “clone” pistols, etc., we cannot cover the return shipping costs or issue a refund. This underscores the importance of our 30-Day Test Drive, during which you may return or exchange your product.
2. Third Party/Dealer/Retail Store Purchases:
If you purchased your holster from a retailer other than our website, please return it to the store or online
retailer within the first 30 days for a refund. We are unable to refund purchases made at retail outlets and
our dealers are expected to uphold our 30-Day Test Drive policies.
3. Lost or Undeliverable Shipments:
In the event of a lost package, we require proof from the carrier confirming the loss or return of the package before issuing a replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges Outside the 30-Day Test Drive:
If you wish to exchange any or all products, this must be done within the 30-Day Test Drive period. Products returned or exchanged outside this timeframe are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any lost or damaged goods during this process are not the responsibility of Alien Gear Holsters.
Within the 30-Day Test Drive period, you may return all or part of your order for a refund to the original
payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the refund is issued. Note that refunds cannot be processed to different payment methods.
Lost or misplaced parts are not covered under warranty, and, in most cases, additional parts are available for purchase. If your holster is damaged to the extent that it no longer safely performs, we will replace or repair the broken parts or product.
Should your holster become worn, loose, or ill-fitting at any time, please cease use immediately and initiate a warranty replacement.
We are unable to warranty replace products due to cosmetic issues, including but not limited to:
• Marks from normal wear and tear.
• Fraying of edge binding or thread (can be remedied by lightly touching it with a lighter).
• Dirt, odor or discoloration.
How to Initiate a Warranty Replacement:
• Send ONLY the item that needs replacement (e.g., Holster Base, Clips, Mag Carrier Base, Bucket, etc.).
• If replacing the Holster Base, provide details of the firearm it is for and hand orientation.
• Include the original order number, full name, email, phone number and address.
• Optionally, use the provided form for convenience and include any address updates.

confirmation for the new order.

Forever Warranty on Alien Gear Holsters:
Our Forever Warranty covers the rest of our gear, provided you are the original purchaser and the warranty reason does not fall under the “Not covered under warranty” section. This warranty includes any issue that renders the holster inoperable or unsafe. If you need to use the warranty, send the holster or broken part back to Alien Gear Holsters, and we will repair or replace it. You will cover the shipping cost for the broken item and we will handle the shipping for the replacement.
In case of theft, covered by a police report, or loss due to a natural disaster mentioned in an insurance claim, we will warranty replace your product.
