We hand build all of our products to order in Post Falls, Idaho. Our quoted approximate lead times are based on the volume of orders versus our ability to make each type of holster product. In your order confirmation email an estimated ship date is provided. It is as accurate of a quote as we can provide at the time and is subject to fluctuation.
Generally, Photon holsters will ship sooner than most other holster series because less assembly is required. Holsters like Shoulder Holster or Low-Pro Belly Band are much more sewing intensive compared to an order containing a Cloak Tuck 3.5 or ShapeShift 4.0 IWB and will carry longer lead times. Rapid Force Duty Holsters have longer lead times than our civilian lines as they are a more complicated build and subjected to high testing standards.
To check on the status of your order, you can log into your account or click here. The "Processing" status shows orders that have not yet been made and is either "waiting in line" to be built or in the process of being built. Orders that are in the "Complete" status will have the tracking number listed under the "Order Shipments" tab.
We always strive to be open and honest with this lead time but sometimes unforeseen challenges, constraints or delays can happen. It is during these times that we ask for your patience while we work through these and build your order. There are no shortcuts to greatness and your order and trust is very important to us.
Once the order is complete, the order will ship with the method selected at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed at that time.
