If your order has already shipped, all hope of of your order arriving to you is not lost. If it was shipped 2nd Day Air, Ground or Next Day Air, you can request a redirect from the tracking page of the shipping company. You do have to sign up for an account to do this. From there, you can update your address (some fees may apply) or request to pick up your package at a hub (no charge).
If the package has been returned to us, we can resend it out to a new address as long as you have provided us an accurate shipping address. It may be best to reach out by phone and request that we update your account. In turn you can also make these changes if you have created an account.
