Alien Gear Cloak Belt Holster

The Cloak Belt Holster is an OWB (outside the waistband) holster. It carries close enough to the body for most pistols to enable easy concealment if desired or open carry if preferred. 

The Alien Gear Cloak Belt Holster is an OWB holster. It can be ordered in either 1.5-inch or 1 ¾-inch width, depending on which size belt you wear. The holster is constructed out of a Bolteron, thermo-molded shell attached to a composite base made up of thermo-plastic elastomer over a steel core and CoolVent Neoprene.  The base provides cushioning which makes it comfortable to wear. 

The holster base is reinforced with edge-to-edge layers of woven ballistic nylon and spring steel. This gives the holster a firm but flexible core, supporting the pistol but also flexing to fit your shape. The

The holster base is padded with our CoolVent neoprene. This is a ventilated neoprene fabric, providing cushioning but also wicking away sweat and moisture and letting the skin breathe. You can wear it against bare skin without issue, for hours on end. You may forget you’re wearing it!

The Cloak retention is considered "passive" retention. The weight of the firearm, combined with the rubberized/textured material on the front of the holster base, and the mold of the shell hold the firearm in place

Retention can also be adjusted with spacers between the shell and the holster base. Your body also provides retention by pressing the holster back into the firearm, pressing it into the shell and holding it securely. The pistol should feel loose in the holster off the body but firm while wearing.  Feel free to mix and match on the retention screws and spacers to get the perfect retention.
