All of our holsters come with a 30-day Test Drive period to ensure the holster is working for you. If you decide you would like to exchange your holster, this must be done within the first 30 days after receiving your holster.
If you purchased at a retail store, you must return any product to that retail store directly. We are unable to process exchanges if the original purchase was made through a 3rd party.
The easiest way to start the exchange process is to log into your account and view your orders. Below the order date will have the Return tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and will provide you with a printable packing slip to include with the return.
Or you can just return the product with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice with written instructions on what specifically you are wanting in exchange.
If you do not have an account and do not want to send the original invoice, or a copy of the invoice, you can print and fill out this form or handwrite the information on a piece of paper to include with the product.

If there is a price difference between items, we will process the appropriate credit or contact you via phone to process additional payment. We do not keep financial information in our records for any reason. Please do not include financial information of any kind with your package.
Once received and processed, you’ll be emailed a new order number for exchanges or contacted with any questions or if there is a price difference on the exchange.
