International Shipping

Alien Gear Holsters can be shipped to most countries! We use FedEx International for the shipping method with most orders arriving within a week of shipping. Please be aware that all items are made to order so may take a day or more to ship. 

Alien Gear Holsters is not responsible for additional customs, duties, or taxes that may be due before the final delivery can be made. We cannot assess customs fees or import taxes at checkout. The customs form does need to list each product shipped, along with the retail value of the product before any applicable discounts or special offers. This means that it can put the package into a higher tax bracket than expected.

Shipping Address

Please ensure an email address is included at checkout in case we need to reach out to validate the shipping address on your order. If the order is completed but the shipping address must be changed, contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

Returns and exchanges can be done within the 30-Day Test Drive, and warranty needs at any time, but the customer is responsible for return shipping both ways. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
