We value our customers' comfort in concealment; therefore, we have several options for IWB holster belt clips. Both our Cloak Tuck 3.5 and ShapeShift 4.0 IWB holsters come with our standard over the belt clips and have the added options of C, J, and O belt clips. The original Cloak Tuck IWB and Cloak Tuck 3.0 for Revolvers holsters do also have the option of steel belt clips and leather loops.
The Toolless Holster Clips are compatible with the Cloak Tuck 3.5 IWB Holster and the revolutionary ShapeShift Modular Holster System. Made with premium engineered polymer, these durable holster clips will hold up through the daily carry grind. Guaranteed.
With their cutting-edge design, these Toolless Holster Clips require zero tools or hardware for cant or ride height adjustments. Instead, the clips can be connected to the holster base by hand. This upgraded clip set prevents any hardware from loosening over time. Once you determine your desired carry position, the Standard Toolless Holster Clips are in it for the long haul.
For an enhanced level of concealment, Alien Gear Holsters is proud to offer Toolless ‘C’, ‘J’, and ‘O’ Clips. Carry concealed using any of these incredible clip options. These holster clips are all made with a strong, premium polymer.
The standard belt clip is not always to everyone’s liking, as they have the most exposed clip visible – which is where Alien Gear’s C-clips come in handy. Instead of tucking over the belt, these clips hang over the waistband and tuck the belt into the clip itself. The belt anchors the clip, holster, and pistol to the side of the wearer. Instead of the tell-tale clip hanging over the belt, there only appear to be two little tabs where the clip would normally be – and with black pants and a 1.5 inch wide black belt, they are nearly undetectable.
Some people want the deepest levels of concealment – which is where the J-clips come in. These holster J clips remain hidden, even in plain sight. Standard belt clips for most holsters are designed to slide over the belt. While this does anchor the belt clip firmly, it is an indication of carrying, particularly with a tucked in shirt. A J-Clip, however, tucks between the belt and the waistline of your pants, shorts or trousers. However, the lower edge comes up over the bottom edge of the belt. The effect is the belt anchoring the clip and the holster to the wearer. These are optimized for thicker gun belts.
Our O-Clips are a great clip option for those looking for added security. These clips are a tuckable loop. O-Clips take a little more time to put the holster on, since the belt is threaded through the closed loop, but a great option for those that like a tight retention on their holster. Leather loops are a traditional option of holster belt clip, but as snaps wear down, they lose hold. These clips never will. Instead of leather loops, our O-clips are made from the same injection-molded polymer as our standard belt clips. Good luck finding stronger belt clips. We tried!
