Why can't I enter in my state?

Each state has specific requirements for running sweepstakes or giveaways. Example: Florida, New York, and Rhode Island require full disclosure of not only the winners of a sweepstake, but also their addresses. Traditionally, though, it tends to revolve around registering a sweepstake. If we do not hit a specific time frame to register a sweepstake with a state whether it be weeks or months, then we are not allowed to offer for that state.  It is not our intention to exclude anyone, but we are not a large enough entity to step on the toes of any state laws.
